Terms and Conditions for Refund and Return – Lama Cosmetics
At Lama Cosmetics, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide genuine products and reliable service. Below are the terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns:
- Refund Policy for Duplicate or Fake Products
If any sold product is proven to be counterfeit or duplicate, it will be eligible for a return and refund.
The customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping cost to send the product back to us.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
For COD orders, customers must inspect and receive the product in the presence of the delivery personnel.
If the product is not as expected or has any issues, the customer must return it immediately to the delivery personnel.
Note: Once the delivery personnel leaves and the product is accepted, no further claims, arguments, or returns will be entertained.
- Non-Returnable Items
Products once sold and accepted by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange unless proven to be counterfeit or defective during delivery inspection.
- General Conditions
All returns must be initiated within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase (if applicable).
Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused to qualify for a return.
Lama Cosmetics reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
